This privacy policy applies to the Piper app (the "Application") for mobile devices created by DigitalCarbon, Inc ("Service Provider"). The Application is provided as a commercial service and is intended for use "AS IS".

We retain your data while you maintain an active account with us. After account closure or upon request, we will delete or anonymize your personal data within 90 days, except where we are required by law to retain it longer or where it is necessary for legitimate business purposes such as fraud prevention.
